We charge a flat ₹49 delivery fee across India for orders with a cart value below ₹399.
For orders with a cart value of ₹399 or more, delivery is free. The shipping charge will automatically become ₹0 at checkout.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
As our products are food and consumable items, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
However, if you receive a product that is expired or, in exceptional circumstances, has a serious quality or fulfilment issue, your request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at your email / WhatsApp number, along with your order number and relevant photographs or videos.
We do not offer refunds as a standard policy. In exceptional circumstances, such as receiving an expired product or a verified serious issue, your request may be reviewed individually. Any resolution, if approved, will be determined after reviewing the circumstances.
